Energy Wisdom - Words Matter

A twitter friend of mine said this morning "it's a miserable day" and I wrote back and said "I don't see anything miserable out there, just a bit of rain." By saying its a miserable day our subconscious mind is taking on the whole day as being that. By isolating what it is we mean, i.e. the weather, we don't feel so bogged down by it. It can be the difference between a good day with rain, or a miserable day all round, for you. Several "miserable days" in a row and your sub conscious mind could bring on a depressive like state without you fully knowing why. Hey guys, weather happens. Especially this time of year. Don't let it get you down at a subconscious level.

Change your words, change your world.

  1. I am a beautiful, creative, abundant woman with dreams that come true everyday. You are also a beautiful, creative, abundant woman or man with dreams that come true everyday. Now isn't that a wonderful statement to make about oneself?! Positive affirmations are the key. Abby knows this, I know this and everyone should know this and feel it deep into their bones and believe!

  2. When people say things to me like this, I reply that it depends on what way you look at it. If you think and say 'its a miserable day', thats just one perspective.
